Our jewellery is plated with 18k gold and so care should be taken at all times to avoid direct contact with water, excessive perspiration, perfumes, detergents and lotions. We therefore advise that you remove all jewellery when you shower, bathe, exercise or wash up.
If needed, we recommend wiping the metal surface gently with a soft polishing cloth. However excessive polishing will affect the plating and is not advised.
For resin items, please avoid excessive force to prevent cracking or breakage. Although resin is a strong material, if enough force is applied or the item is dropped on a hard floor it may break and the stones may get dislodged. We will not accept returns if any of these events occur.
When not wearing the jewellery we recommend you keep it in its pouch and box in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and separate from other objects.
